No. The Apps 365 Partner Program is completely free to join. There are no membership fees, no annual minimums, and no upfront investment required. You start earning from your very first referral. 

No, Microsoft certification is not required to join. However, our strongest partners tend to be Microsoft Solutions Partners or companies actively managing M365 environments for their clients, because those relationships make it natural to introduce Apps365 apps. If you manage SharePoint or Teams for clients, you are already in the right position to refer our apps effectively. 

Apps 365 partners earn up to 10-20%  recurring margin on every client they refer. Because our apps are subscription-based, you continue earning every month the client stays on the platform with no additional work required after the initial referral. Your commission is tracked automatically through Partner Stack and paid on a regular schedule. 

Commissions are paid monthly through PartnerStack, our partner management platform. Once your referred client’s subscription is active, your earnings are automatically calculated and added to your PartnerStack balance. You can withdraw funds via PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer. You can view your full commission history and pending payments in your PartnerStack dashboard at any time.  

For as long as the client remains on an active Apps 365 subscription. Our apps are built natively inside Microsoft 365 clients rarely leave once deployed because there is no migration cost and no alternative that runs inside their existing Microsoft tenant. This means your referral commission is genuinely recurring with a high long-term retention rate.  

No. There is no minimum referral requirement to remain an active Apps 365 partner. You earn when you refer  there is no pressure to hit quotas or risk losing your partner status. We want the programme to work on your timeline and at your pace.

When you register a client in PartnerStack before or during the sales process, your referral is recorded and locked to your account. Even if that client later contacts Apps365 directly, your commission is protected. We strongly recommend registering every active opportunity in PartnerStack the moment you identify a potential referral.

You can see the real-time status of every lead you have submitted from introduction through demo, trial, and subscription activation. Your commission balance updates automatically as clients convert.
